Who am I?

I have practiced sport since I was very young, I like to move and explore, and this is why I decided to live in Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

I have been a competitive swimmer for over ten years, and always have been very attentive to my body while seeking to push its limits.

I am curious and I like to learn, especially through reading or training, whether it be around chiropractic but also psychology, self-understanding, personal development, spirituality and nature.

Music is also very important for me: playing, singing, listening to music stimulates me enormously and allows me to express myself in a different way.

“For me, self-understanding is one of the essential keys to feel better.”

I am fascinated by the mountain, its beauty and its unpredictability, and it is an honor for me to get up every day at the foot of Mont Blanc.

It is also essential to me to be able to spend quality time with my loved ones.

My choice for chiropractic was made smoothly and obviously when I discovered its approach.

Improving the body's adaptability and mind-body connection instantly resonated with me very strongly.

My training

I graduated as a chiropractor in 2021 after 5 years of study at the Franco-European Institute of Chiropractic (IFEC).

During this course, we were able to acquire a lot of theoretical knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biology, neurology, biomechanics, rheumatology, and many more.

Chiropractic being a manual therapy, we also had several hundred hours of practice as well as a year and a half as an intern at the IFEC clinic.

Since completing my studies, I have continued to train by attending seminars to discover various techniques, study them, perfect them, enrich myself with the experience of more experienced chiropractors and continue my learning.

I also enjoy talking and spending time with these chiropractors who inspire me.

My chiropractic experiences

Mountain

Immediately after graduating, I worked for two years in two Parisian chiropractic centers.

I learned a lot there, being surrounded by other chiropractors and supporting many patients through their different life stages.

Later, after deciding to leave Paris, I had the chance to do several replacements in very different firms:

in the Paris region, in Reims, in Lyon and also in Saint-Julien en Genevois and Amancy for several months.

My desire to create and open my own chiropractic space grew over time.

And my project was able to mature and take shape more and more precisely.

more free in your head and body."

My chiropractic vision

Through my various experiences and seminars, I was able to refine my approach to chiropractic and what I wanted to give to my patients.

Yes, don't be surprised: each chiropractor uses different techniques and has different approach, which is what makes our profession so strong.

I like to see the developments during the work we do together.

It's absolutely amazing to see you surprised by all the positive changes in your health and life, far more numerous and broad than the initial reason for your visit.

In other words...

I hope that you can better understand your body, your emotions, how you function, so that you feel more fulfilled on a daily basis, freer in your movements, less impacted by certain constraints coming from outside.

I wish to see your life improve in quality through your choices and through our work together.

The chiropractic approach is a fantastic tool for all of this, and you will always be welcome to get adjusted.
